Position Description The VMware Professional Services Organization (PSO) provides training and consulting to VMware customers and partners worldwide
Within PSO, the Practice Development MBA a plus
•5+ years experience with project/program management; PMP certification a plus •Product launch experience in a high-tech environment a plus •Experience leading business process improvement projects in a high-tech environment a plus •Knowledge of VMware products and services courses a plus •Excellent organizational and communication skills •Excellent teamwork and leadership skills •Strong attention to detail •Negotiation and conflict resolution abilities •Experienced with effective resource management •Motivational and communications skills, including an energetic, positive approach to improving products and processes •Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment Benefits VMware offers great compensation, work-life balance, health insurance coverage, insurance for your financial protection, and savings/investment plans
