• Own the ORP (Operations Readiness Plan) in the new product/service launch cycle
• ORP defines the people, process and tool alignment such as operation model, negative case testing and trouble-shooting guides, fault management, method & procedures, inventory & spare, change management, capacity management, security management, and operation readiness test (ORT).Have technical exposure in at least two areas of video, voice or data technologies. Video experiences strongly preferred Capable of understanding the general technical aspects of the project and interact with a matrix of resource: product engineering, network engineering, CET, lab testing SMEs to drive the consensus and direction of the project, and the development of ORP
• Orchestrate the performance of the project team activities, including project team meetings, establishment of key initiatives and other project management activities
• Function as one of the primary contacts for all projects requiring the input and involvement of the NETO operations ecosystem
• Work with Operations management (both national and field) to gather and develop requirements for and specify various automated business tools/applications as needed to continuously improve overall performance
• Champion on-going implementation and improvement to achieve operation efficiency and effectiveness as a means of ensuring key business processes are developed, documented, and implemented as needed to ensure high quality delivery of services
• More than 4 years of experience with management or project management in an ISP or large-scale network or system environment can be substituted
• Specific training/certification in project management, process improvement team leadership, and/or oral presentation is a major plus
