In this role you will integrate and develop processes that meet business needs across the organization
You will be involved in long-term planning and contribute to the overall strategy and manages complex issues within functional areas area of expertise
Essential Responsibilities * Provide technical leadership for a team of engineers for all product design aspects of the assigned system * Support and coordinate with interfacing organizations such as global engineering team, components engineering, and systems engineering * Support service programs, fulfillment, and NPI
Provide strong guidance and contribution to DMP and Productivity programs * Communicate progress to all levels of the organization
Mentor and develop less experienced personnel Qualifications/Requirements * Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, or Computer Science * At least 5 additional years of Engineering experience Additional Eligibility Qualifications GE will only employ those who are legally authorized to work
