  • SAIC: From Science to Solutions ® SAIC is currently seeking entry-level candidates for various Electrical Engineering Positions
  • Candidates may be responsible for one of the following: Signal Processing: Signal processing engineer focused on algorithm design and support of subsequent algorithm implementation in the areas of communications and sensors
  • This position involves working with other signal processing engineers, as well as hardware and software engineers, to develop innovative concepts and then advance these concepts through the technology prototype stage
  • FPGA Development: The successful candidate will develop RTL and communications systems hardware in a fast paced, cross-functional team environment
  • The systems will support missions in a variety of challenging environments
  • The successful candidate will work closely with RF, signal processing, software, and systems engineers to implement communications interfaces and signal processing logic
  • Power Design: Developing test plans and executing tests for advanced hybrid electric technology
  • Scope: Primarily testing advanced technology however, also assisting in developing advanced hybrid electric technology
  • Technology includes power converters, electric machines, battery systems, thermal management systems, fuel cell systems, and other components such as passive components like capacitors, ultracapacitors, inductors etc
  • Location: Entry level engineering positions are available at many of SAIC's US locations
