  • Creates assembly planning based on drawings and solid models, participates in engineering technical reviews, identifies opportunities for process improvement, interacts with Tech Ops organization to lead and implement DFA/DFM concepts
  • Identifies, manages, and implements capital projects in support of assigned programs
  • Provide troubleshooting and process help to represented workforce in both proactive and reactive situations
  • Helps drive Quality improvement and determines root cause/corrective actions
  • Actively participates in initiatives to improve IME rate
  • Supports product sell-off, including interfacing with DCMA as appropriate
  • Leads teams, as appropriate, in the execution of program and organizational tasks

  • Develops manufacturing processes that are applicable to statistical process control, and may develop those techniques
  • Provides guidance to engineering regarding design concepts and specification requirements to best utilize equipment and manufacturing techniques
  • Ensures processes and procedures are in compliance with regulations
  • Security Clearance Secret Typical Minimums Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 9 years of professional experience; or 7 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree
