Overview: The BPRE acts independently as a recognized expert, responsible for leading the tactical implementation of business process improvements utilizing advanced principles, tools, procedures, labor standards, performance expectations, process metrics, documentation, and training to contribute to the development of business processes, strategy, system design and implementation
Responsibilities: *Performs and manages business process consulting services that span the lifecycle of a project from business/technical requirements analysis through implementation. Documents and analyze business process in order to identify opportunities for productivity improvements. *Provides technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet business requirements Oversees and directly participates in the design, implementation planning, implementation and maintaining of business processes and systems *Plans, conducts and/or directs the analysis of complex business problems to be solved with automated systems
Prepares specifications for system changes and may develop systems test plan components and test scripts

Prototypes and documents new process concepts and work through implementation with Project Team *Defines, plans and implements process improvements, assigning or engaging resources, manpower, establishing timelines and measurable outcomes
Defines and develops business processes policies, roles, responsibilities and performance matrices
*Participates in all aspects of program management; ensures project budgets, schedules, manpower planning, resource allocation and performance requirements are met
*Executes full implementation of Microsoft Navision *Performs business process and program management functions to include scheduling, facilitation, coordination of change control activities with clear understanding of the change control process
Analyzes change data and communicates potential problems to team members WORKING RELATIONSHIPS *Acts as an internal consultant within technology and business groups, using quality tools and process definition/improvement to re-engineer technical processes for greater efficiencies
*As team lead, works with user groups to provide training, resolve questions, assess user needs, and recommend changes, monitor performance and provide direction and/or supervision to team members *Regularly interacts with management relating to functional areas, divisions, and/or customers matters to contribute to the development of the organization's goals and objectives
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, information systems, computer science, or a related discipline, and 5 years related experience or equivalent combination of training and experience
Demonstrated knowledge and ability to advance and enforce program efficiencies, policies and procedures, holding self and others accountable for accuracy, high standards of quality and conformity
Able to convincingly demonstrate and communicate commitment to solutions selected by management
Sound knowledge of MS SharePoint, MS Navision and related MS products
Must be able to work independently or as team lead, with ability to act independently to determine methods and procedures to be used on new assignments
Proven ability to develop and/or integrate new methodologies, design improved processes, and execute work assignments independently
Demonstrated enthusiasm and commitment to change and problem resolution, questioning the status quo by examining effectiveness of own work and environment, developing solutions
Strong organization skills, detailed oriented, and experience leading complex projects with minimal manager interaction in a team environment
Experience in creating user friendly designs for complex business processes that span multiple products and business units
Demonstrated skills to effectively supervise and perform project management tasks, with effective program planning, information management, quality assurance and project leadership capabilities
Adheres to established processes and standards, maintains accurate and updated information, monitors progress and processes, on tasks against plan, and reports status to appropriate people on project issues
Understands strategic issues, manages details and meets objectives, resolves unforeseen issues, and is able to satisfy inflexible deadlines and deal with demanding individuals while maintaining composure
Superior organization skills - Able to create and maintain concise and accurate documentation, up-to-date records and organized work environment
Able to respond with a sense of urgency to immediate needs, responding appropriately, timely and cooperatively to requests and managing multi-tasking in prescribed timeframe, adhering to quality standards, and suggesting solutions or improvements to issues or processes
