  • The Supplier Manufacturing Engineering Manager will participate in and lead a team in the development, implementation and adherence to procedures and processes relating to supplier controls for OEM/Contract Manufacturing/Components
  • Duties will include, but are not limited to: • Assist and lead team in resolving supplier manufacturing and quality issues relating to audits, problem solving, and process validation
  • • Assist and lead team in resolving shop floor issues relating to supplier process issues through audits, problem solving, scrap, and rework analysis and training
  • • Assist and lead team in training and educating our supply base to understand the requirements of FDA, ISO, and Stryker
  • • Select, develop, and lead personnel to ensure department objectives are met
  • • Manage the department budget
  • • Coordinate relationships with vendors and contractors
  • • Must be willing to travel up to 50% initially, then 15% ongoing travel
  • • Strong understanding, skills, and education in supplier process controls and the PPAP process preferred
  • • Understanding, skills and education in Process Validation, Equipment Qualification, Computer System Validation, Methods System Analysis preferred
